- 2 ounces Cranberry Juice
- 1/2 ounce Domaine LaFrance Liqueur d’Orange
- 4 ounces Valley Road Vineyards Fête Viognier Sparkling Wine
- Fresh cranberries to garnish.
Quartier Lafrance is a Quebecois reproduction of a classic citrus liqueur. Here we have an apple brandy base that has been aged in barrels, before being blended with oranges.
The Fête Sparkling Viognier is also made from 100% Monticello AVA grapes and this sparkling wine is created using direct infusion of carbon dioxide.
