This exclusive event takes place on Tuesday, February 4th, and showcases Canadian cider during an unforgettable evening celebrating Canadian cider culture. More details below.
Event Objectives
- Showcase Canadian Cider: Introduce attendees to a variety of Canadian ciders, providing a unique tasting experience.
- Networking: Provide a relaxed environment for networking among cider professionals, CHAOS members, and local enthusiasts.
- Educational Component: Offer an engaging educational segment about Canadian cider culture and production.
- Promotion of Cider Canada / Cidre Canada: Increase brand visibility and foster relationships with potential partners and consumers.
- Showcase CHAOS – a unique beer-focused cooperative and the values of the co-op mode.
Event Schedule
- 7:30 PM: Doors Open
- Welcome guests and begin with cider samples in the bar area
- 8:00 PM – 8:30 PM: Facility Tour & Presentation
- Tour of CHAOS Brew Club with a presentation on their brewing process and how it relates to cider production.
- 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Educational Session
- A presentation / education session with info on TBA.
- A guest speaker, potentially a representative from a leading Canadian cidery, will lead the discussion.
- 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM: Networking & Socializing
- Attendees continue to enjoy cider tastings.
- Engage with guests and facilitate networking opportunities.
