Justin Koury found his passion early in life; the culinary world. After culinary school Justin completed his degree in Hospitality & Tourism while working and teaching wine and spirits in Chicago. After graduation he earned a spot teaching Culinary Arts at Ivy Tech and was the adjunct faculty on staff. He continued in beverage retail in Chicago managing multiple locations, buying and education. Writing for the Hospitality consulting industry he has been featured in The Consultant since 2006 and several Craft distilling publications writing on; Distribution, Sales Training and Hiring, Client Relations and Understanding the Competition.
He launched The Grapevine Consulting in 2011 to share his passion for the food and beverage industry. In late 2012 he launched Wizard of Whiskey a website dedicated to the hedonistic pleasures of life.
