  Chicago returns to our original home - Lakeview Terrace at Navy Pier for 
 our 11th annual festiva! Join us on Saturday\, February 8\, 2025 with expa
 nded event hours (2:00pm-6:00pm) and our popular Pre-Opening Cider-Cheese-
 Charcuterie tasting! As always\, our festival will feature nearly 150 sele
 ctions from more than 40 leading cider\, mead and fruit spirit producers.\
 nOther features include the 3rd annual Escanciador (Spanish pour) competit
 ion finals\, a Northwest regional showcase\, onsite food sampling and our 
 event store\, featuring a variety of festival merchandise.\nPre-Opening Ci
 der-Cheese-Charcutrie Tasting This year we will feature 4 curated pairings
  featuring Northwest cider\, cheese\, and charcuterie producers. This will
  take place prior to festival opening from 12:00pm-1:00pm and is limited t
 o 72 participants. You must also purchase either a VIP or General Admissio
 n festival ticket in order to be allowed access to the Pre-Opening Tasting
 .\nTickets\nVIP tickets include 16 tasting tokens\, souvenir tasting glass
  and admission starting at 1:00pm. VIP tickets are $49.99+ tax\, processin
 g and facility fees. Tickets must be purchased in advance online by 11:59p
 m (CST) on February 7\, 2024. Please note: the City of Chicago now require
 s we collect an amusement tax on each ticket sold.\nGeneral Admission tick
 ets include 12 tasting tokens\, souvenir tasting glass and admission start
 ing at 2:00pm. General Admission tickets are $40.00+. Tickets must be purc
 hased in advance online by 11:59pm (CST) on February 7\, 2024. Please note
