This Hunter & Scott Bourbon Whiskey (45%) is an excellent example of not allowing the oak extraction to dominate the profile. Sweet tobacco, light chalky baking spices, and a long friendly finish. This bourbon is made in Richmond by Reservoir Distillery – the third distillery outside of Kentucky to distill and release bourbon following Prohibition. This spirit is a blend of Reservoir’s single grain whiskies married with hand-selected Kentucky and Indiana whiskies.
