Mission:
- Create and develop new cocktail & mocktail recipes with Amoretti as the star ingredient.
- Learn about Nelson County through hands-on tastings and creation, demos, and trade discussions.
- Allow attendees a space to create and experiment at their leisure.
- Network with other distillers, brewers, bartenders, educators, and digital artists.
- Gain access to distillers outside of the conference space yet still connect in a meaningful way.
