Crittenden Distillery Cut Above Bourbon

I discovered this southern Mississippi distillery while traveling to visit the more recognizable Lazy Magnolia Brewery. I purchased this Bottled in Bond bourbon after a quick sample at the neighboring ABC store. Not sure the mash bill, but a drop or two of water dampens the alcohol presenting a whiskey with loads of nuts, dried fruit, honey, and finishing with chalky black pepper. A delight to sip around the firepit.
